So who all is missing? Man I am surprised so few views. Maybe I can do it on my own.
So far no:
Kenneth Braghnagh (directed Thor)
Tom Hiddelston (Loki)
Josh Brolin (Thanos)
Chiwetel Ejiifor (Baron Mordo)
Bradley Cooper (Rocket)
Marisa Tomei (Aunt May)
Pop star who plays Mary Jane
Andy Serkis (Klaw)
Benicio Deltoro (The Collector)
Michael Keaton (The Vulture, not dead! most of the other villains who aren't there are dead)
Martin Freeman (Henry Geirich? Not sure if that's his name)
Stellan Skarrsgard (Dr. from Thor 1/2 and Avengers, not a persona-non-grata like Natalie Portman)
Kat Denninngs (maybe they wrote her off along with Natalie)
Rachel McAdams (girlfriend in Dr. Strange)
Michael Stuhlbarg (other Medical Dr in Dr. Strange)
Sam Rockwell (Justin Hammer Iron Man 2 side villain)

Interesting how William Hurt made it in, the only character from The Incredible Hulk, qualifies cause he appeared again in Civil War I guess.
I am not gonna name all the Dead/Possibly Dead major characters missing cause there is too many and I can see why they aren't included. Wouldn't want to spread rumors about Red Skull coming back and whatnot. But they do have some dead characters there (Peggy Carter, Yondu).
